My name is Nael. I’m a private chef based in Antwerp with a deep love for Japan — its food, its culture, its precision, and its quiet beauty.
What began as a fascination with Japanese cuisine grew into a lifelong passion for everything it represents: balance, respect, and harmony.
Through my cooking, I aim to bring a piece of Japan to every table — honest flavors, minimal presentation, and a sense of calm that turns every meal into an experience.
We offer an intimate Japanese dining experience for up to 12 guests. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, the menu is the same for all guests, carefully crafted to showcase authentic flavors and techniques.
The menu can be adjusted on demand.
All plates and cutlery will be provided by us, so you can simply relax and enjoy the evening. Guests are kindly asked to use their own glasses.
After the event, we will leave your kitchen spotless, exactly as we found it.
